The Coaching Revolution – Accelerate Payment Terms

This Agreement is valid for a period of 12 months during which the THE COACHING REVOLUTION mentoring program will be delivered over 10 mentoring sessions. The frequency of the sessions is to be agreed between the Client and Coach. While it is important to work at a pace manageable for the client a reasonable momentum should be maintained to achieve maximum benefit.

Each session will last approximately 60 minutes in length.

Mentoring is a powerful transformational experience. Mentor and Client each make a commitment to fully show up and be present during the calls. This includes the following agreements:

On Time

1. Mentor and Client will schedule all Mentoring sessions in advance.

2. Mentor and Client both agree to be on time for the scheduled sessions. Mentor and Client honour each other’s time by making an unwavering commitment to scheduled sessions.
o If for some important reason the Client or Mentor is unable to make a scheduled session, Client and Mentor agree to give 48-hours notice (except for a true emergency).
o If Client fails to adhere to the 48-hour notice, a cancellation fee might be applied. True emergencies are the rare exception and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. If due to an emergency, Client must cancel a session, the Mentor will make reasonable efforts to be available for a rescheduled session as soon as possible.
Quiet Place

3. Mentoring time is private time. Mentor and Client both agree to do their best to the hold the session from a place that provides that relative privacy.
MBTI exercise

4. Client agrees to complete and MBTI prior to the first mentoring session. The report is used by the client and mentor to identify a client’s preferred approach to handle situations.
Self-Management

5. When Mentor and Client enter into the Mentoring relationship, significant shifts may begin to happen. The Mentoring alliance can sometimes bring up challenges as transformation occurs. Mentors are prepared for this and are skilled in working with the challenges.

o Client agrees to take responsibility for getting what they want from the Mentoring process. If anything is not effective, Client will bring that up in the session so that both parties can get value from these observations and take necessary corrective actions.
o They may also contact a designated Coaching Revolution person to voice any issues.

Throughout the Mentoring sessions, Client can depend on the Mentor to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. Client agrees to be fully engaged in sessions, coming to sessions prepared, curious and courageous. Client further agrees to fully implement the tools and techniques acquired during the mentoring process and acknowledges that they are fully responsible for their actions.
Confidentiality

6. Mentoring sessions and all information, both personal and professional, shared within the session are held in complete confidence, unless otherwise required by law (or in cases of stated intentional harm to self or others).

If the Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, it is strongly recommended that he promptly inform the mental health care provider of the nature and extent of the mentoring or coaching relationship agreed to by the Client.
