Content: Pragmatic discussion about building a coaching business. Building credibility and creating an ideal client.
Module 2
Understand Your Client
Objective: Identify crucial client needs, understand the new habits you will develop.
Content: Review and refine your ICA with feedback, discuss the habits needed to build an effective client acquisistion process.
Module 3
The Marketing Message
Objective: Deepen your enderstanding of your ICA, develop a full marketing message.
Content: Learn what clients need to hear and how to create a marketing message that resonates.

Present Your Message
Objective: Get feedback on your marketing message.
Content: Present your marketing message for feedback from your mentor
Module 5
Creating Content That Sells
Objective: Understand how to create compelling content from your marketing message.
Content: Methods of creating content. Crafting a simple, powerful impact statement.
Module 6
Objective: Learn how to optimise your LinkedIn profile.
Content: A deep-dive on LinkedIn and how to use it to get the best results for your business.
Module 7
Where Else Is Your Target Audience?
Objective: Explore where else you may reach your target audience, on and offline.
Content: Evaluate content channels. Understanding the high priority of consistency.
Module 8
Lead Magnets
Objective: To develop an understanding of the different types of lead magnet, and to evaluate which one(s) is right for your client.
Content: Lead magnet options and mailing lists.
Module 9
Tracking, Measuring and Evaluating
Objective: Understand which data are important, and which are not.
Content: How and what to track, to measure and evalutate your work.
Module 10
Review, Reflect and Move Forward
Objective: To reflect and set the agenda for the rest of the programme.
Content: Review progress, receive feedback, an open forum for discussion.

Momentum Premium - £5750
10-part, interest-free payment plan available on all programmes
Momentum Premium offers 1:1 mentoring in 60-minute sessions. The timing of these sessions can be flexible, including evenings and weekends.
Price includes 20% VAT. Coaches from outside the UK do not pay VAT.
Momentum Collective - £3600
10-part, interest-free payment plan available on all programmes
Momentum Collective is a small group programme. A cohort consists of 6 mentees and a mentor.
Mentoring sessions are 90 minutes long and are delivered every two weeks. The cohort decides the time/day of the sessions.
Price includes 20% VAT. Coaches from outside the UK do not pay VAT.
Momentum Flex - £2900
10-part, interest-free payment plan available on all programmes
Momentum Flex is for those who need the flexibility to study modules at their own pace whilst still having access to regular Q&A sessions with a mentor.
The video modules are drip-fed into our learning platform on a bi-weekly basis. Live (online) Q&As are also delivered bi-weekly.
