The Background

Elizabeth (Liz) O’Neill is a Coaching Revolution mentor. She has a technology background in the third sector and has a business that delivers services to the corporate and third sectors.

When Liz joined The Coaching Revolution, she knew nothing of marketing her services. What she did have however, was a passion for coaching and, to quote her, “I didn’t believe that someone like me – a life-long techie in the charities sector – could have a coaching business, but I wanted it so much that I was prepared to throw some money and a lot of time and effort at it”. That was five years ago and Liz now has a thriving coaching business, coaching in organisations (corporate and third-sector) that are household names.

Sarah Short and Liz worked together to build Advance, which is designed specifically for coaches with a corporate or third-sector background. It has been running for several years. In that time, we’ve helped dozens of corporate and third-sector professionals successfully transition into consulting and coaching roles where they:
