Are You Considering Taking A Coaching Qualification?
There are many, many coaching qualifications available today, so how are you supposed to choose one?
Perhaps it would help if I explained why we created ours and why it’s different from others?
Who Is This Course For?
Our coaching course is for those with an interest in coaching, who would like to either help implement a coaching culture in their organisation, or to start a coaching business of their own.
International Coach Federation (ICF)
The reason we chose the International Coach Federation to accredit our course is because it is the largest professional body for coaches in the world. It has tens of thousands of members globally and it offers accreditation for courses which follow the ICF code of ethics and standards.
Our course covers the eleven ICF core competencies, in a way that makes them relevant, interesting and stimulating. In addition, we intertwine the teaching of the ICF code of ethics in every session.
Our Coaching Qualification Course Tutor
To teach an ICF accredited course, the tutor must be at least an ICF Professional Credentialed Coach (PCC), which means that they have a minimum of 600 hours of paid coaching logged and verified by the ICF.
Our tutor, Rachel Lauren Wade, is an ICF Master Credentialed Coach (MCC), which means she has in excess of 2500 hours of coaching, verified by the ICF. What that means for our students, is that Rachel is one of a small number of coaches who are at the absolute top of their game. Our students are taught by someone recognised by the ICF as the best of the best.
Online Delivery
Rachel delivers the course online. This means that anyone, anywhere in the world can join our courses. Our last cohort contained students from all New Zealand and Australia as well as from the northern hemisphere. A diverse group is a good group.
We have the technology in place to allow online classroom participation and the opportunity to coach in pairs and in small groups, all overseen by Rachel’s knowledge, skill and perception.
The student simply logs in on their computer from wherever they are, and joins in.
A Single Price For Everything*
Many course providers separate the course costs out into classroom hours, practicums, mentor coaching and performance evaluation. Our price includes all of these things.
The fee is £3,800 for the whole package. If you take our ICF course in conjunction with our mentoring programme then that fee drops significantly. Find out more here.
The * is the fee for the Coach Knowledge Assessment (exam), which is paid directly to the ICF. The student pays this fee and it’s circa $350.
